On Sunday, December 21, 2008, Firefighter Will Breasure was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident while responding to the firehouse for an alarm. Will was ejected from his vehicle, and sustained critical injuries. He was flown via DSP Trooper 2 to Christiana Hospital, and admitted to the CICU. The officers and members of the Georgetown Fire Company, as well as Will's family greatly appreciate everyone's care, support and prayers. We would especially like to thank all of our brothers and sisters in the Delaware City Fire Company for visiting Will, despite the tremendous loss they have endured this week. Will is allowed to have visitors in the CICU. Hospital rules prohibit the sending of flowers, however cards are permitted and encouraged.
