Units were dispatched for a MVC with entrapment this evening of Lewes Georgetown Hwy. 77 Command with Chief Rogers arrived on scene reporting 3 patients with extensive entrapment. Crews from Eng. 77-2, Eng. 77-4, & Rescue 77 performed extrication. Station 85 (Milton) was dispatched for a rescue assist and they assisted with extrication on the second vehicle. All patients were taken to Beebe Hospital by Amb. C-93 (Georgetown American Legion), B-85 (Milton), and SCEMS. Unfortunately one person was pronounced DOA on scene. Scene was later turned over to DSP and Del Dot for investigation.
