On Sunday, December 2, 2007, Members of the Georgetown and surrounding fire companies, along with friends and family members said good bye to Past Chief Donald A. Sipple. Services were held at Short's Funeral Home, followed by a procession through town, pausing at the firehouse for the sounding of Past Chief Sipple's last alarm.
