"Funeral Announcement Fireman Harry Fletcher Sr." The Georgetown Fire Company has suffered another devastating loss, 50 Year Life Member and Patriarch of three generations of Georgetown members Harry Fletcher Sr. has passed away. During Harry’s lifelong commitment to Georgetown, he served as Firefighter, Engineer, and Fire Police. Harry was known for his boundless ability to hold-down multiple occupations while leading his growing family and serving the citizens as an active Firefighter. Harry was known as a straight-shooter. Invariably, if it was in Harry’s thoughts, pay attention, because it was coming out. Harry will always be remembered for these traits, but his love for his family, and the pride he shared with his son Harry Jr. and Grand-son Ryan on serving Georgetown together gave him a tremendous sense of joy and accomplishment.
