Race Car Safety & Review Procedures - Station 77

The Georgetown Fire Co., Inc. tonight along with members from Station 83 and 80, reviewed race car safety with two drivers from the Georgetown Speedway. Ross "The Boss" Robinson with his #7 Grotto Pizza sponsored Crate Late Model & Chuck Tucker with his #39 Woods Construction Big Block Modified. The training started with a review of SOP's and new procedures for this years racing. After the review we split up into two groups and had the drivers go over their equipment. It was much needed information since there are some many new features to todays race cars. Once again a special thank you to Ross & Chuck for taking time out of their schedules to come help train us. Also a special thank you to all the members who attended.
