New Engine 77-2 In Service - Station 77

The Georgetown Fire Co., Inc. has placed in service its new engine as of July 17, 2006. The new engine is a 2006 Pierce Enforcer, Cummins Engine, 1500 GPM Waterous Pump, 750 Gal. Water Tank, 60 Gal. Class-B Foam, Pre-piped Deck Gun W/Stacked Tips, Harrison 20 KW Generator, Wil-burt Light Tower, Thermal Imaging Camera, Cascade System W/Air Reel, 900 ft 1 3/4" Handlines, 400 ft 2 1/2" Handline, 500 ft 3" & 800 ft 5" Supply Line, Booster Reel, Holmatro Rescue Equipment, Cribbing, AED/First Responder Equipment, & Assortment Of Engine Company Tools/Equipment. The engine was purchased from Singer Associates & Mike Vincent was the salesman. A special thanks to all the members who put time into getting the engine ready for service.
