MVC WITH ROLLOVER - BETHESDA RD.

Georgetown Fire company was dispatched to Bethesda Rd. for a one vehicle MVC with rollover. Command 77 with Chief Swain arrived to find off duty Firefighter/EMT Sean Humphreys conducting pt. care. Two pts. already out of the vehicle with the vehicle still on the drivers side. 77-0 arrived and stabalized the vehicle. Trooper 2 was cancelled by Command 77. Ambulance 93 arrived and took over pt. care. Rescue 77 arrived and assisted with vehicle operations. Command 77 placed situation under control with two pt. refusals being obtained by Ambulance 93. Units responded: Command 77, 77-0, Rescue 77, Ambulance 93, Delaware Trooper 2, and Delaware State Police.
