Passing Of Life Member Merrill Jester - Station 77

It is with the company's deepest regret that we announce the passing of life member Merrill Jester. Fireman Jester had been ill throughout the past 2 yrs, but before that he was a frequent face you would see around the fire station or driving around town. Would always say hi, ask how you were, and with pipe in mouth. Fireman Jester joined the fire company in March of 1953. Next month would of been his 53rd year with the company. Throughout the years he has served on various committees, but was the company custodian for numerous years. Fireman Jester is definitly one that if it wasn't for his hard work and devotion, we would not be where we are today. He will be greatly missed, but not forgotten. Funeral service and times will be announced soon.
