Assist Station 85 Trailer Fire - Pine Ridge Dr

The Georgetown Fire Co. Inc. was dispatched at 1347 hrs on a mutual aide response for a trailer fire in Station 85's district. Eng. 77-4 responed with 1st Asst. Chief Rogers and arrived on scene along with 85 Command Chief Rogers, with a camper trailer/rubish on fire, and extension to other near by structures. Eng 77-4's crew deployed a 1 3/4" foam line in service and started over hauling the inolved area, along with checking for extension in the exposure structures. Eng. 85-5 deployed a 1 3/4" line as well and the fire was contained with both lines. The vinyl siding was melted on the C side of the house, with extension in the exposure trailer, fire was underneath and in the walls. Tanker 77 was assigned to assist with water supply and manpower assist with overhaul. Eng. 77-1 staged on the roadway and manpower stood by at the staging area.
