Vehicle Rescue Drill - Baltimore Ave., Industrial Park

The members tonight participated in a company vehicle rescue drill, at the industrial park. As units were responding in they were advised by Command (1st Asst. Chief Rogers), of a 2 veh. MVA with 1 subject trapped. Units conducted the following operations as they arrived; vehicle stabilization, pt. access, and glass removal. Once the rescue arrived tools were taken off and set up for operation. The extrication at hand consisted of a basic (2) door removal, roof removal, dash displacement, abd remove the brake pedal from the pts. foot. The vehicle extrication took approx. 15 mins. and then we critiqued the drill afterwards. Units in the drill 77 Command, 77-0, Rescue 77, 77-4, & 77-2.
