Fire Prevention 2nd Grade North Georgetown Elem. - Station 77

Sunday, May 17, 2015

Today the 2nd Grade, North Georgetown Elementry, were brought to the fire station by fire apparatus. Once they arrived they were taken up stairs where they were taught stop, drop, and roll, how to check a door for heat and smoke, and the EDITH Drill. After the classroom they were taken on a tour of the fire station and told about the different types of equipment we have. Then all were taken back to the school on the fire trucks. Special thanks to 1st. Asst. Chief Rogers, F/F Jake Ricker, F/F Brent Humphreys, and F/F Mike Goins for their work today.
