At 0945 hrs the department was dispatched for a MVA involving a car and a tractor trailer. 77 Command responded with 1st Asst. Chief Rogers was advised the possibility of 3 patients. On his arriving he confirmed no entrapment but requested ALS, second BLS, & Trooper 2 due to 3 patients, also due to injuries of the driver of the car. There was extensive damage to the car and significant damage to the interior drivers section. 77-0, Rescue 77 personnel assisted with patient care and road debree. 77-2 established the landing zone and transfering the patient to Trooper 2. EMS units responding were A-93, Medic 103, & D.S.P. Trooper 2, all patients were taken to Beebe. Roadway was shut down by DelDot, operator of the tractor trailer refused treatment.
