At 1236 hrs. we were dispatched for a 2 vehicle MVA, reported with (2) pts.. 1st. Asst. Chief Rogers respond was advised of such and went on scene to establish 77 Command. Both A & B-93 were already on scene to advise Command of (1) pt. & (1) pt. refusal. Members assisted with pt. care and securing the airbag in 1 vehicle. Units responding 77-0, Rescue 77, 77-2, A & B-93.
