Medivac Operations - Sussex County Airport - Georgetown

On October 11th, 2004 at 1900 hrs, the Georgetown Fire Company had its weekly training event at the Delaware State Police Trooper 2 hangar. Eighteen members attended the education night that consisted of learning about proper operations when the helicopter is needed during an assist. In addition, an overview was given of what needs to be done in the event that the helicopter was involved in an accident. After the instruction was given, members were given rides around Georgetown. The Georgetown Fire Company would like to thank Master Corporal Bob McMahon and Master Corporal Paul Anthony for their presentation.
