On April 1st, 2004, the Georgetown Fire Company responded to a reported Motor Vehicle Accident, Vehicle vs. Pole, with rollover. Upon arrival of Command 77, Chief Joey Pepper established command and reported that a subject was trapped and power lines were down. Chief Pepper requested for the power company make a priority response to secure the power lines across the vehicle. The power company was able to make a rapid response from a short distance away to turn off the power in the area. Shortly there after, stabilization & extraction were performed and the incident was brought under control.
