Vehicle Fire, DMV S Bedford St

Today we were alerted for a vehicle fire at DMV. Deputy Chief Rogers arrived on scene confirming the report. Bethany Beach Quint 70-4 with Chief of The Department Brian Martin as officer was on a detail assignment in Georgetown was returning and took in the car fire. Deputy Chief Rogers instructed Q70-4 to put their 1 3/4” trash line in service with the crew from Eng. 77-2 arriving on scene the same time. Fire was contained to the original vehicle and kept from damaging to surrounding vehicles.
