On Friday, March 13, 2026, members and officers of the Georgetown Fire Company attended the prestigious Phoenix Award ceremony held at Delaware Technical Community College. The Phoenix Award recognizes individuals who have played a pivotal role in assisting someone during a cardiac arrest event, ultimately providing them with a second chance at life.
