On Friday, February 20, 2026, at approximately 2:55 PM, the Georgetown Fire Company and Georgetown EMS/Station 93 responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Seashore Highway and State Forest Road. Upon arrival, emergency personnel assessed the situation and determined that extrication was necessary to safely remove one of the patients from the vehicle. All individuals involved in the incident were subsequently transported to nearby hospitals, where they received treatment for minor injuries.
